Hi!

I've been sitting at 13st 10lb for over a week now. And since my sleeve surgery 3 weeks ago I've only lost 11lb and it's really getting me down.

I'm only taking in 300/400 cals per day it's depressing.

Today I'm trying sumfin different I'm having my protein shake with 300ml skimmed milk and sum strawberrys this alone is giving me 43g protein and 358 cals. Is this the right thing to do? Anything else u can suggest ? I know it will move again but how long do these stalls normally last???

Yes that sounds good thing to do! Even me who's ideal cal intake is lower than others will say you've not been having anywhere near enough. As a minimum get it up to 800. And really wallop that protein! Protein shakes I have contain 25g per can, so even just a couple of those a day gets you 50g in, then lots of milky coffees and it's in the bag. Not sure if you're on solids as yet but as soon as you are, packs of chicken, chicken on sticks, roast chickens, however they come chickens lol is my motto, as I'm not into fish that much :)
 
oh and at least 2l of water, get flushing that body!
 
I lost loads initially but have had two three week stalls. If I increase my food intake particularly protein I start to move. I have a major problem with food as I don't ever want to eat & I can't manage much protein. But protein shakes & soups do help me. My dietician is not keen on me having them but I feel it's better than nothing. I also make sure I exercise regularly ( for me aqua aerobics 3 times a week) & this really helps too.
