Help! ! Can't view any photos

[Eclipse]

When I click on the photo gallery under the user names (not the profile album that is OK) I get the following message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function prepare_blog_category_permissions() in /home/mini/vbulletin/includes/functions.php(1443) : eval()'d code on line 131

Can someone help please?
