help cant view galleries

:wave_cry:hello could admin please help, me and a few of the others from the wls section, we are having alot of problems with viewing gallery pics, as when the pic is clicked to see the bigger version most of us is getting a fatal error message, at 1st i thought it was comp, but others have been experiencing the same difficulties.
