Help - cup a soup

Quick question......Can i Have cup a soup on pre op diet or has it got to be OXO or Knorr?!

Stick to the cubes hun the soups have carbs in them.

oxo is best but you can get the curry one lamb chicken or veg i profered plain beef or marmite
