Help from banders?

Hi you lovely lot, I haven't been on in quite a while because I got fed up obsessing about the band until I had my consultation.
Well its tomorrow and I'm so excited! But could you lot help me out with some questions I should ask the surgeon?

Ooo good luck for tomorrow.
Are you nhs or private? If private you need to know how long the aftercare is provided and what happens if there's a problem. How long you can't drive for? Can't think of anything else atm (just in from work so my heads mush lol) x

Aw thanks for the reply I'm going private, aftercare is 2 years. I really hope he tells me to lose weight for the op, I need something to motivate me!

I was private Hun, it's really no big thing, they make sure u r fully informed n let you ask anything then it's upto you if u want time to reflect or book in! I booked in and my op date was sorted there and then for 2wk later. was put on preop diet n that was that..much easier when private! Who u going with? I went with wls group. They told me that I get the aftercare n fills etc but if anything goes wrong with the band after first 3months then I'm not covered. Exciting day ahead for you!!! x

The consultation is with Aurailia, they've been on the cosmetic show and featured on Morning AM so I'm hoping they're good, they do sound it.
There's bad flooding over here and they're based at the other side of the city so I asked my dad to drive me, said it was a consultation for laser eye surgery :/ eek, so I hope he waits in the car!
I'm soooo excited but as I can't have the op for at least two months, have to wait till 6 months after giving birth and get my finances together, I'd love to lose some weight myself in the mean time! Been eating crap the last while x
