Im having problems using this website, i cant view peoples profiles keeps saying i dont have access even if they my friends, How do i personalise my stuff and how do i contact my friends???

Lol im not very good at this but cant wait to start enjoying chatting and discussing things on here, just getting a bit stuck with thingsxxx
