Help - lost password

Hi does anyone know how I can find my log in password, don't have any record of it and it doesn't seem to be what I thought it was and daren't log out, I did try emailing for help last week I think to site admin but no reply so not sure where i sent it now.

When you sign in there is a forgotten password button click on that and the password should be emailed to you.
