Can any of you ladies (or gents) offer any advice... As you know I was 'wrapped' on Tuesday, got home yesterday, the thing is I still can't stop thinking about food, I really don't think I'm hungry at all but so used to going to the kitchen and grabbing something to eat normally just for the sake of it and I'm really worried about not having the willpower, , I ve eaten a little soup and nearly a whole small yogurt today and I'm full to the brim but I still can't stop thinking about food!!! When something is advertised on the tv I find myself actually drooling like a dog lol, suppose I just want to know that these thoughts are normal and I'm not turning in to some kind of food maniac!!!
