Good morning everyone.
Ive not been on here in quite some time but id like some help please. I had a bypass 15 months ago and from my top weight of 21 stone im now proud to say im just under 12. Not quite got to my target of 11 stone but ill get there.
Ive had a photo shoot done to make myself feel good and ive entered a pic into a competition and its on facebook. I need the most 'likes' to win so this is why im asking you for help.
