past my goal down to 11st
:wave_cry:hi all i know i have not been on here much to help anyone and i am sorry for that. as i know you have all helped me to teach my goal and to cope with my mum and for that i will always be greatfull i am back home now for a while and have reached my goal i set myself of 12 stone but this morning i got on my scales and have lost again am now down to 11 stone 13lb so am still losing (am now worried that i can not stop losing weight )omg never thourght i would ever say that .people keep telling me not to lose anymore as i will looke to ill but i have no controll over my weight loose so how do i stop the weight from falling off .any help please
 
Cant help hun as Im pre-op, but cant you ask your team? I would think you could try to start adding more hi carb and high calorie foods in? Just a guess .....sorry! Happy to see you back though :D X

Jacqui hi i did ask star on Friday and she said my body will stop when i reaches its wright weight .about another stone .but people keep telling me i am going to far now so i need to stop it myself am worried i can not stop it but thanks anyway

i know what people are saying, but what do you feel, do you feel you need to stop now. 12stone is still quite heavy unless you are over 6ft.

If you are happy and want to stop, I suggest you speak to your nutritionist or your team. Eating higher calories is an option but you need to eat healthy one.

Good luck, let us know how you get on, dont worry that you dont post loads, not all of us sit on the computer all day like me.:eek:
 
I would imagine people will see how much weight and how quicky it is dropping off and it is more like a shock to them.

Hmm I have to disagree with this, it may sound 'heavy' if you are on the shorter side but 12 stone puts Carols BMI at 25.5 as she is 5ft 8. Mine would be 24 at 5ft 10 and a healthy weight for my height.

Carol it sounds as if your weight may not have completely stabilised yet but you may find that after losing a few more pounds it will. Try not to worry too much at this stage x

Welcome to my world......... I know that at some point our bodies will plateau and then wont budge anymore, but ive been told by my consultant that I really should have been put on a high protein RICH diet months ago, as I became quite ill due to loosing too much too quick... My advice would be get intouch with your dietician, and ask for advice but really try and build up the calorie intake making sure you are getting good protein in, my mistake was trying to bulk on calories but not the good sort and ive lost muscle now.... its taking me ages to builld up again....

I can't offer advice about your ideal weight or how to stop losing, but i will say many times we've talked about people commenting we should stop losing weight (how i yearn for that day:) ) else we'll look ill. I think if people haven't seen you for a while they are surprised at the way you've changed. Don't let other people dictate where you should be with your weight, i'm sure your body knows where it should be and will level off. But... and it's a big butt in my case, it won't hurt to speak to your dietician and get some input xx
