hello world need some help having issues with the wife lol does any one know when i can start heavy lifting after my sleeve operation its six weeks on wednesday since i had it done and feel great little tired still but never had any pain from my five scars all healed great but no idea about internally thanks all for reading :wave_cry:

I wouldnt rush into heavy lifting,are you thinking moving a sofa or shifting flags?It can take months for the inside to heal completely.Dont run before you walk,what cant wait a little longer?Maz x

Leave heavy lifting for a few weeks yet. If she needs something heavy moving, get someone else to do it
