Hi how do u guys take your lapropmasol (sorry about spelling) as I haven't taken mine in a month and I need too being a bander I worried it will get stuck ? Thanks x

Uuurgh had terrible allergic reactions to it & ended up in hopital for 2 weeks. Sorry can't help with that one.

The ones I was given, were dissolvable in water, so very easy and tasted of strawberries??
