So I've started my Pre op diet and it is low fat one so far today I have had 3 pieces of fruit, 2 portions of sugar free jelly and some chicken and peas. It came to just over 300 calories. Not sure if that is enough. I also had 2 litres of juice. So please help
 
Personally, I would have thought 300 cals is not enough. My guidelines were to stick to 1000 cals made up mainly of protein, low fat and low carb.
I used MyFitnessPal during this time to make sure I had enough cals. Also check with your team as to how many cals they want you to have. Good luck xx
 
I'm exactly the same, been sticking to the plan I was given and if I push myself I can get it up to 600 cals a day. Eating similar to u too, plus a couple of eggs. Everyone keeps telling me my body must be going into starvation mode....got my pre op tomorrow so I'm going to ask them if I should change anything. On the plus side have lost 6lb in the week I've been doing it! x
 
I used to make up a big salad for work using cos lettuce, cucumber, peppers, boiled chicken or tuna through it and some seeds. We were allowed balsamic vinegar on our salads so that made it a bit tastier! However, double-check with your team if that would be ok.
