Hi guys
Came across this forum looking for post-op diets so thought I would poke my head in for a nose.
Going in for my d/s on Tuesday and must say I am pretty nervous about a few things really.
Keep beating myself up mentally that I have not been able to tackle my weight without resorting to surgery. I know it is daft but until it is done and there is no going back, it is kinda driving me nuts.
Also have read a few peoples' experiences of post-op life with the d/s and I guess I still have my petulent head on. Can anyone give me a list of what the absolute no-no foods are that I am unlikely to be able to eat in the future? I know it can be quite different for different people but just curious really.
Wish I could fast forward 6-8 weeks but not as much as I wish I could rewind 20 years...
