Hi, im stew, (mrsuperobese) and ive had a gastric band, gastric balloon, ( both now removed) and recently had gastric sleeve op.

i weighed in as of july 2010 - 34 st 11 lbs

now i weigh 28 stone 4 lbs

also i have a website ( see link below)
and my wife and i are on the embarrassing fat bodies program on channel 4 that is being aired from the 6th june
(see chit chat section)

losing weight is one part of the journey, getting your head straight is the main part, if i dont get my head in the right frame of mind to lose weight and change my habits & lifestyle then i have no chance of success.
