Well biguns a year in now ( cant believe how fast that has gone) had my check up at hospital yesterday + they said i have lost 75% of my excess weight so how happy am i? i have now lost 14.6 stone + am now. 18st dead whoop whoop, only more good to come. On the down. Side i have now got a hernia so thats the next thing to sort but hey ho bin through worse. Got my review with surgeon on monday at telford so see what they say. Hope everone is well ?? will post again soon.
