Yesterday I finally plucked up the courage to ask my doctor if I was able to have a Gastric Band... Couldn't believe it when he said yes. I am at the start of my journey & I'm pretty nervous... excited too though. I hope my journey will be as successful as ones I've read so far x

I had a bypass hun, I have no knowledge of bands I'm afraid but there are many others here who can help you

From what I've seen you've done fantastic. I hope i will do the same. My doctor mentioned setting myself a goal... Something I want to do that will give me the encouragement to keep going... There are so many things I want to do, I can't just opt for one. x
