Thank you - that's fantastic! Do you count cals or just trust your restriction? I don't count cals but keep worrying that as I've so much to lose I won't reach goal this way.
I use myfitnesspal.com, to count cals, protien and carbs.....am now on approx 2400 cals per day as i have a very active job and do a lot of excercise....If my weight starts to creep back up i drop to 2000 cals for a couple of weeks and it steadies out xx
