First day back today, one week from surgery. Scary stuff. Hope noone asks me out for lunch, they will be shocked when I decline lol

I'm armed with liquids and pain relief but I'm feeling good.

I doubt I'll do much work tho as all I can think about is my BAND

Take it easy. Ive returned back today after having had 2 week off but at least I felt ready for it. I came on leaps n bounds between wk1 and wk2. Early night I bet for you tonight!! X
