i have 53 BMI, 4ft 11.

Looking for tips as been told need 50BMI to start.

hi and welcome if you are looking at surgery via nhs im sure its a bmi of 40 with things like diabetes etc or over 50 without but im not 100% but good luck with your journey and maybe do some research
