It's only early days, in another month you'll be we'll happy with the weight loss! I retained water for the 1st few weeks, hardly lost any weight.

hi all thank you all for your comments. I am doing ok but having some pain when eating I am still on puree and I eat very slowly also I am very constipated I have tried magnesium but it may me sick .

Get yourself some dulcolease or some sennakot. They will shift your bowels into action. Also try drinking more water x
