holiday home and eating out

Hi, we have just recently just purchased a new holiday home (caravan) lol.
so at the weekend we will want to take little one's out have a nice meal and a couple of glasses of wine is this still possible with a band , i know i would have to choose carefully with the meal part and limit myself on the wine[

Yes it is! but like you say your meal choices will change simply beacuse you wont be able to manage the type of meal you could before. Chose salad / veg and protein based dishes and you will be fine.

Yes wine has alot of calories in, the odd one is fine if it fits in with your calories.

Hello there, Yes this is possible to enjoy some wine, although I could never manage to drink quite a while after I have eaten probably a good hour or two ( but that's me, lol) b4 a meal I could have a glass or 2 . Enjoy yourself and your new Holiday home xx
