Had my wrap on Oct 11th with Cosmetic Bliss in Czech republic. Very proffesional service and the doctors and nurses couldn't have been better:jelous: Special thanks to Michael and in particular Deborah who makes you get up and move:sigh:. Couldn't wait to get home though and finally home at midnight this morning, a real pleasure to sleep in my own bed again lol Have lost 10lbs in the week, but i suppose only having actimels and water will do that lol!

Just a very very long day on Friday. Woken up at 0500 by the nurses and didnt get home till after midnight. Good nights sleep in my own bed certainly helped! I'll get another good sleep tonight and i'll be A1
