home made soup

just made my home made veg soup. my house smells yummy. was given a tip to put some in yoghurt pots and freeze so i can make a pan full and keep it and eat when i want to. proves how helpful this site it xx

Hiya, making lentil soup has been my life saver for good protien packed lunches for work x

wish I had been so organised. I am relying in weightwatchers soups at the moment. I only have a small freezer and filled it with food for hubby while I was on the pre op diet and shortly after post op. Maybe next week I will make some soups, although they never turn out as tasty as tinned ones. Must be doing something wrong.
