Just a quick post to say hello to everyone, not been on for a long time, but just dropping by.

Keep up all the good work everyone and hello to all the new people I haven't had the pleasure of talking to yet and knowing you on your life changing journey.

I'm now relaxed about my weight and what will be will be. I have lost over 12.2 Stone now and feel great, so I am able to live life to the full now and enjoy it. All I can say is I wish I had had the operation years ago lol.

I have now been cleared from L&D, so I am a free bird now lol
