Hormonal Constipation

It's definitely linked I have been keeping a record since last January, just before my period, I get constipated really bad and as soon as I come on, within a day it all gets back to normal.

So for anyone out there, who has ever wondered, for me, this is unequivocally the case.

Deffo Hormonal although I am a bit different in the timing: It is just after my period.

i used to always be the opposite when i had periods, a few days before i would go very loose, then return to normal when i came on, funny aint it, i wonder if i still had them now whether i would go like you cazz.

I can never go when I have mine. Before and after is fine but on the monthly days its horrendous. I feel like everything will fall out if I put any pressure down there lol xx
