Am going to stop moaning now

all i can do is try my best and if my best aint good enough then its tough!

joking a side, i still have lots of room in my band for another few top ups, so no more stressing from me

i know what i eat maybe not enough but i can increase that as and when i get hungry.
Im noticing lots more grub dotn agree with me so soemthing is working as before EVERYTHING agreed with me lol
