how do you do it

Heya fellow banders, how the heck are you managing to loose weight each week?

My restriction is good but the scales just aint moving, :sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh:
 
Emm, I have only lost 10lbs in 9 months....it's driving me mad and I am being referred to a dietician.

I am going to work with her to see what I am doing wrong...there must be something...LOL

But I am sure we will get to the bottom of it.

I wonder if my portions are still to big....:rolleyes:
 
Hi Emm

I dont lose every week but I do if I stick to 1,000 to 1,300 calories of low fat high protein foods with loads of fruit and veg. I lose more if I exercise too, especially spinning or swimming!

I think as Caz has suggested if you speak to your dietician they may be able to suggest something to get the weight shifting x
 
I don't lose weight every week. I lost for the previous 2 weeks on the same sort of diet as Mazza but not this week as I ate a bit more but did not exercise.
 
I dont lose every week either....LoL . Well not for some time as I have sed before - Tbh I dont think I have come across a bander (or bypasser) who has lost every week ( not that I have seen)
 
I would'nt be able to tell you if I was or was'nt losing every week as I hardly ever get weighed. If I do get weighed its around every 2 months when I see my gp as I always go with his scales. They were the ones I was weighed on when I asked for referal so I know they're true to me. xx
