How do you put photo under user name?

Hi i'm really sorry and know this question has been asked a million times but i recentley added some photos to my albums but would like to put one on the left hand side under my username or in with my signature but dont now how to, anyone know?

Thanks Jacqui! Now i'm trying to put a before and after picture in my signature...not having much luck though it's only allowing me to put one in do you think it's trying to tell me something!!!!!!!!!!
