MissDiet

Okay so i know they are fairly important but i keep forgetting to take them. I think ive taken 5 in 2 months....

Can someone please scare me a bit?? Lol

Im not lazy i genuinely forget :-(

:) won't scare you as I too keep forgetting to take them aswell, but maybe keeping them by your bedside might make you remember. I've tried it this way and seems to be making me take them :)

the vitamins are very important hun as our bodies now do not absorb all the vitamins from the foods and liquids we are having... so as londongirl says...keep them next to your bed and make that the first thing you have in the morning xxx

Hi

There will be info on the net and I am sure others on here with add to this.

At the moment you will be fine. You will not know you are deficient of the minerals and vitamins until it is probably too late then illness with creep up and bam!!!

I stole this from Internet
'Following gastric bypass surgery, vitamin supplements are necessary to make up the shortage of vitamins entering the body through food intake. Total body thiamine stores last 18-60 days, and deficiency can cause wet beriberi (cardiovascular problems), dry beriberi (nervous system problems) or Wernicke's encephalopathy (an acute neurological disorder characterised by eye movement problems).'

I hope this is enough to get you to take your vitamins. STAY HEALTHY PEEPS xxx

Your hair will fall out your nails will break and you will look 10 years older.....If that don't scare you maybe this will remind you

TAKE YOUR VITAMINS NOW!!!!

I have mine by the bed -multi vits and iron one morning the other at night and keep my AD-Cal by my computer
and if that don't work I will send someone to slap your legs:whoopass: :D

Thanks all :)

Now ive had my lunch i'll get that massive red pill down my neck lol

Xx

you can ask your doctor to prescribe you smaller pills if you think the ones you have are too big xx

Sam ... get your ar*e in gear ... you have done the research & know how important vitamins are. :( You don't want to be the oldest looking 23 yr old in Chester ... xxx

Get a pill organiser so that you will know if you miss taking one :) only £3.00 and well worth it!!

Pop them by the kettle and when you make your breakfast put them on your plate so you dont forget to take them.Keep vitamins and calcium seperate though.Your health will really suffer if you dont get into a routine with them.Maz x

I work in an office and find keeping on my desk in view reminds me to take them each morning

Set yourself a phone alarm at a time when you know you will be able to take them. Then after a few weeks of following the phone alarm it will become second nature.
