I appreciate this may seem a daft question but how relevant is drinking water to loosing weight?
I know we need water to maintain a healthy body but does drinking water actually help us loose weight?
I am asking as over the last 2 weeks I have cut right back on the amount of plain water im drinking and have been drinking large amounts of coffee instead (I much prefer coffee to water), I thought this would be ok as it was still a lot of fluid intake but my weight loss the last couple of weeks has been pants so I was wondering if the lack of plain water could be the reason why?.
Any advice would be appreciated, ps: I was bypassed on 21st May 2014.
