Hey!
After 7 years waiting I finally had the bypass 3 days ago. I know I have to give it chance to heal and all that but how long does it last? It's excruciating moving around, it takes an age to get up and move, I've lost all dignity having to get my partner to help me shower and will also have to wipe me when I finally empty my bowels. I need the swelling to go so I can reach to wipe! I feel so useless at the minute and know this will subside I'm just impatient.
