I'm currently only on the liquid stage so I know at the moment it's about getting the liquid in and nutrition but when I start eating food how many calories should I be having ?
As you are tall I would say to build up to between 1,000 and 1,200. Focus on low fat, protein, veg and fruit. It really does depend on your activity etc as well. You probably won't be able to manage that much straight away either xx
Everyone is different and some providers say not to focus on the calories ... Just protein first followed by veggies and finally carbs. I found however than 1100-1200 was the right amount for me.
