Silly question I'm sure but I was wondering how much weight you can lose on average in the 1st week of the milk diet?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

You can lose around 5 to 10lbs on average in the first week...some can lose more, it is difficult to say as everyone is so different in how the weight comes off. In the first week or two it is mostly water and glycogen.
