I had my operation on the 30th oct and im having a babys size youghart for my breakfast and pot of jelly for my dinner and a quarter bowl of soup for my tea i also have 2 milky coffees a day and sip water throughtout the day. What does everyone else have one their liquid diet. I am worried im having to much

Sounds daft but my op - in February - feels like a lifetime ago so I am trying to remember!
In the first couple of weeks I mostly had slimfasts plus milky coffees and waters and I reckon I was having about the same amount as you (maybe even a little more)
