How often do you weigh yourself?

As the title says really, how often do you weigh yourself and do they weigh you at your dieticiens appointment or your fill appointments?

I weigh pretty much every day before I get in the shower.
I tried doing it 'once-a-week', but found it much more upsetting if I'd not lost (or worse still, gained) over that period of time.
At least daily there are no big shocks, and you can nip a gain in-the-bud quickly.
I get weighed when I go for a fill - but the dietician is either on the phone or via email - and she never mentions weight loss/gain at all.

Everyday but I only pay attention to and record Saturdays.

every Thursday, same time, wearing nothing, first thing in morning before shower but after using toilet. I do get weighed a fills but as they are at times a few months apart I follow and record weekly.

Every morning and every night before bed ! Well, it works for me lol !xx

Every time im in the bathroom.....OCD. Its takes over my life lol. I generally only take real weight loss every 4 weeks from my doctors surgery x

We have no scales in the house as husband thinks I get obsessive, but I am buying a new set if he likes it or not

I record my weight every Tuesday but weigh every evening and every morning, it's like a drug! I've even bought a tiny set of scales ( 5 inches by 7 ) to take on holiday as I will be away over 2 weeks and can't bear the thought of coming back, jumping on the scales and finding out that I'd put weight on. They will also come in handy when we stay the odd night away as they can just slip in the bag.

actually come to think of it, I often pop on them if I go for a wee in the night lol

Maybe 3 or 4 times a week. But I always record the Tuesday. Except today as I'm on holiday, it's quite liberating!

The scales came from Amazon. They are Tanita HD386, £24.80. They weigh up to 23 stone 8 lb. They are tiny, about the size of a paperback, and a bit tricky to balance on but if I can manage with my size 11 you should be fine!

Hi

I weigh myself morning and night. Cant help it! And if I wake up in the night, then too! I don't record it and work from my surgery date weight.

Is that a trick question LOL .... I'm pretty sure there are plenty of ladies (much like myself) that are on the scales every morning and then sometimes 3 more times that day LOL LOL

These days I leave it to the nurses at Christie's Hospital, but when I was in the losing faze I weighed myself every time I passed the chuffin scales LOL Anything up to ten times a day some days

Once a week on Monday, strictly.

I found I could have easily become obsessive about it if I checked too often (read daily), so now it's once a week and that's that.

(I'm pretty sure the reasonable behaviour will change after the op for a while!)
