How often ( tmi inside)

How often do fellow banders have a poo?

I can go a good few days without one, some times up to a week and then its nothing id call a decent poo

Just wondering thats all

same here,I been given fybrogel but that hasnt made me regular either

I'm afraid I'm the same, can go a week but use laxatives now as can't stand the bloated solid tummy. I use ex-lax.
