hummus ?

hiya,can anyone tell me if hummus is healthy??(plz tell me it is) it tastes far too good to be healthy! im starting my puree stage on saturday and if the weather is still hot im gonna have cold mash,hummus and some blended pickle..sounds wrong but oh so yummy xx

Well I eat it , you can get a low fat one and I stick with that know of a few others on here that eat it too xxx
