How about some soup? It always fills me up. I know you have to be on liquids after a fill so soup seems like a good option. Have a lie down if you can as well till feeling weak passes. At least it is only temporary and you will be on mushies soon.
Do you feel more restricted yet? What size of band do you have? I hope your fill will help you to start dropping the pounds. But till you are feeling stronger, take care of yourself. I have yet to have a fill so I am not great on the advice front
