As some of you may know, the local hosp has turned me down for a consultation, i am not heavy enough and do not have any co morbidities, or so i think.
My GP wants to try to refer me to a different hosp, which is just starting up weight management and bariatrics (again) after an absence of about a year, as their criteria may be different. Before this he wants to check my cholesterol levels, as my mum is on statins so i may have the same problem. (hyperlipidaemia is a co-morbidity). So, Friday morning this week i am having a cholesterol test. Anyone have any tips for making my results look good
