I finally gave in

and rang the nurse about a 2nd fill cos im always bloomin hungry.. So shes going to do the referal paperwork today for a fill

I had a 6ml a while ago, and i do eat less, but need to even lesser to help me, Hopfully the referal wont take long.

I have had compliments that im looking slimmer and healthier. I also had my hair chopped so that would have helped with weight loss too hehe ok well i hope it did,

Also a final spot of weakness last week i went and ... ahem.........
























brought a 18ft by 4 foot deep pool.
Its heaven lol

Thankyou, its going very very slowly, i think im one of them small % who dont appear to loose weight!!!

I am now in size 24 top and bottom, so the inches are coming off. x

The weight loss is much slower with the band but I have found that when the weight loss is'nt showing then the inch loss is. Enjoy the pool xx

Well the pool is going to help you avoid temptation for sure! Hopefully you can get out in it today as it's supposed to be good weather most places x Hope so for you hunny!
As far as the fill goes, I definately am pleased to hear that you are getting it sorted. One of the mistakes I made was trying to muddle on knowing I had far too little in my band... if you know you are eating more than you need to, then don't be afraid to ask for a top up xxxx I wish I had got myself to hospital for more frequent fills in the past.
