I graduated today! :D

IT. WAS. AMAZING.

The chancellor was Baroness Floella Benjamin and she was leading the precession. She was incredibly inspiring and just makes me want to go out and do some good in the world!!

My parents were so proud and when my name was called out and i went up on stage to collect my certificate my family were all cheering and shouting support which gave me an AMAZING feeling. The chancellor (when i went on stage) hugged me and said "You are incredibly beautiful Emma, stay beautiful and build your confidence. Help change the world Emma" I was almost in tears! It was amazing!

Sharon Davies was also there! She was born in Devon and so was giving a speech and was crying herself during it as it was all so emotional!!

Amazing day...one i will be telling my grandkids about...

Aww Emma... I'm so proud of you... and you should be so pleased with yourself... It's great that you are sharing this with us... I remember the feeling so many years ago and my dusty old pics are still around in my cap and gown (still have them both upstairs) and it was a thrill indeed!

I graduated in English Literature with English Language and Linguistics.

I'm aiming to get onto a PGCE next to become a Primary school teacher xxxxx
