I have been thinking about my end goal and what I want to weigh... Checked my healthy weight range and decided to go bang for the middle of 9 stone.. . Started this journey at a pound off 23 stone and now in five weeks (plus 10 day milk diet) down to 20.10.
I am eating lots of things that are meant to help with skin elasticity and body brushing and moisturising daily, I'm 31 and scared of ending up a shrivelled prune to go with this I am very strictly saving several hundred pounds per month to help with and nips and tucks I might need/want at goal weight and will set a series of smaller goals so my journey doesn't feel never ending...
What's your end goal?? :-D ... I have everything crossed you get there
