Ice Cream Machine Heaven!!

I love gadgets & gizzmo's and yesterday my new ice cream machine arrived. So after a night spent in the freezer I've done a bit of experimenting.

I use BSN Desert Protein shakes, as these are the ones I find the nicest (although a little sweet).

Using a pint of ss milk & 2 scoops of protein powder I've made:-

Version 1 - The Whipped Vanilla shake I mixed with chopped up fresh strawberries & a couple of chopped up chunks of 70% dark chocolate

Verson 2 - The Chocolate Fudge Pudding I mixed with a chopped up fresh orange & a couple of chopped up chunks of 70% dark chocolate (this one tastes like a chocolate orange!)

If anyone's got any good recipes for any more I'd be very grateful.

It was Magimix Ice Cream Maker, 11047 Le Glacier 1.1, White

Got it from John Lewis on line. I've been waitng for weeks for one from Amazon, but they kept sending emails that they didn't get the stock they were expecting.

I think Argos have it in stock, I was looking at these myself just last week! Bought a Wii Fit instead but I will get an ice cream maker when funds allow.
