I'm all sleeved and on the down!!!

Hi everyone

Well, I'm now sleeved since tuesday
All went well, no complications.

I'm drinking ok, managing clear soup ok and actimels plus my multi vits etc

Only problem I've had is excess saliva

Seriously!!!!!!

Anyone else had this and if so, please tell me it settles down

I look forward to reading the post op section now

I had the same problem with excess saliva. It settled down once I was on the semi solid diet and had some "proper" food to soak it up.

I also had problems with excess saliva in the beginning. I'd often vomit really thick, slimy saliva and still do now sometimes.
All these things are really scary at first, but things will settle down for you

I found that i had a constant bad taste in my mouth that lasted until week 3/4 when i could eat different things other than yog and soup. xx
