Im Back.................

Well all back from a lovely holiday in Somerset really enjoyed it but always nice to be home and get back to normality
Got lots to catch up on but wanted to say Hi and hope you are all well and enjoyed the lovely weather while I was away
Used my maintenance diet and actually managed to keep my weight stable which I was really pleased about, and was chuffed that I had dropped two clothes sizes so was able to use tops and trousers that I had in the wardrobe that I had hardly worn so felt like I had lots of new stuff lol

This week has been harder as hubby still off work and had meals out with family and friends but managing to hang in there and next week will get firmly back onto my maintenance diet.
