So after around 18 months maintaining at 65kg following my bypass, I've taken the plunge and phoned The Hospital Group to book a consultation for a tummy tuck.
I'm not 100% sure on the idea yet but I do get £500 off the price of it if I decide to have it done.... making it £5095.
The lowest I dropped to was 60kg but have now lingered around 65kg and stayed there for quite a while... but I will be looking to get back down to 60kg for the tummy tuck should I have it done.
But 65kg for a 24 year old man is a fantastic weight. The average for men is higher so I'm glad to be below average. My tummy is a little loose and it bulges out a small bit so I'd like it all cut away so it's all completely flat and tight.
I'm going to do the 5 day pouch test to get me going on the road back down to 60kg. Does anyone have the link handy for it?
