I'm happy!

I thought I'd post this week as my weight loss is moving again
For the last 2 weeks I've stayed the same, and this morning I've lost 3lbs which has put a big smile on my face
I've now lost exactly 7 stones

Hi Lynne

I saw the surgical team in November and they calculated then that I'd already lost 85% of my excess body weight. I'd probably only want to lose another stone?

For the last couple of weeks I've stayed the same. I've noticed that my weight loss seems to be more erratic now? I tend to say the same for 2 or 3 weeks then have a loss. As long as I don't gain I'm happy xx
