hello everyone,
Just thought id give a little update.
Had my bypass on Wed and came home yesterday.
Wasn't sure they would let me home as I couldn't stop being sick, but fingers crossed think its stopped now
I'm not doing too bad but wasn't prepared for the pain of the trapped wind !!

I did know you get the trapped wind but OMG didnt realise how bad lol....
Not too bad now .... but struggling to get the liquid down, but is getting easier by the day

I had my sleeve on Tuesday and came home last night. I haven't been sick too much, but the trapped wind was the worst. I didn't realise how painful it would be either. I got some wind ease tablets and they are helping a lot. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Lol Oh wish I was...every hospital is different.
I had to have 4 weeks liquid then its 4 weeks puree but each week you can make it thicker.
Didnt think I would miss eating so much lol xxxx
