It could be either?

I woke up from my op hungry but I hadnt eaten since the night before.

Its perfectly normal for the hunger to really strike when you are moving through the stages, have something if you are hungry xx

Thanks babe. Wasn't sure if I should try soft foods instead if sticking to liquids. Like porridge. All part of the journey isn't it! Xx

What sort of liquids are you having, slim fast and soups are quite fillling x

Just been having milk and juice. Tried a little soup and smoothie yesterday. I think maybe I should be taking in more-that's prob why I'm drained! Xs

i was told by my provider that everything should go through a sieve for the first 2 weeks. This is to give time of your body to recover from the surgery and for the body to get used to the band. You don't want to push your body too soon with soft food. Ask your surgeon opinion before moving onto the next stage.

Thanks babe. You're right-need to be careful. Had some lovely soup there and feeling quite full and energetic-each day gets better. Xxx

Try slim fast that good plus your getting your calcium, today is same for me I am thinking food and hungry for the first time, I enjoyed my oxtail soup, earlier, and just having a chocolate drink now, x

I feel full-with a bowl of soup!!! It's an ecstatic feeling! I can honestly say I've waited for this day for a long time-to be able to eat a normal portion and feel actually full!! I'll try the slimfast too-get some in the morning!

Its heaven to feel full on so little isn't it! Happy healing :) x
